Rio Pecos Adobe, Telluride CO

Very unique, authentic, and comfortable Southwest style home with tremendous charm and warmth, 12 miles down San Miguel Canyon from the historic town of Telluride, Colorado. Telluride is home to a world class ski area, two film festivals, several music festivals including Bluegrass in the summer and Chamber Music and Blues Festivals in the Fall. Telluride offers a wide choice of restaurants and nightlife. Sit on the sunny decks or enjoy a fire in one of the 3 Kiva style fireplaces throughout the house in winter or fall. Cook meals on a beautiful six burner stove in a kitchen with a fireplace called The Rio Pecos Cafe. Fifteen minutes to Telluride and a half hour drive to Ouray Hot Springs. There is an on site caretaker who lives in a separate, private soundproof apt on a different level than the main house. He is there if you need him and invisible if you don't.

Pet Friendly Getaway Walkable to Downtown Ridgway

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located near everything you want to do in Colorado! Ridgway hosts many excellent restaurants, art, a theater, a park, and concerts, most within walking distance. We're located 11 miles from Ouray, 39 miles from Telluride, 38 from Silverton, and only 13 miles from Blue Lakes Trail Head (30 min). The duplex is located on a quiet street. We do have a fully fenced backyard (the lawn will be ready by summer) for our dog guests to use.

This incredibly private condo with private entrance is 1 block to everything. The park in the summer, the ski gondola/chair 9, and Main St for shopping & restaurants. It has a jet tub for after a long day of skiing or hiking, a record player & records to kick back, musical instruments, games, wine fridge, mudroom/ski storage, W/D in unit, 2 beds & sleeping loft w/upstairs full bath and the best deck in town- the only one with 360 views. Stunning adventure home w/sauna

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space among the aspens. This is a brand new home by Turkel Designs meant by the owners to be a modern adventure base camp. The main floor sits in the tree canopy at an elevation of 10,000 ft. Just out the door you can access the 5-star Prospect Trail, as well as a great neighborhood network. The property is at the top of the Ski Ranches neighborhood, a locals area for those who want to enjoy Telluride but enjoy having more space and quiet.

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...
