Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Altitude Adjustment

A brand new build - finished in May 2019. Three bedrooms, two baths, in a residential neighborhood in the town of Silverton. Some of the best views of Kendall Mountain. The Altitude Adjustment has a huge yard, fire pit, RV parking and plug-in, granite kitchen counters, laminate floors, and TV's through the house and in each bedroom. Ride the train up to almost the front door. Plenty of pull around and thru parking for trucks and trailers.

Empire House is a newly remodeled property . You get the best of both worlds, and updated home that still retains its historical charms. This house features 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a walk-in shower and fantastic views of Kendall mountain. Not many houses in Silverton offer off street parking but, this one does!
