Welcome to our family horse ranch in Jamul! Our small ranch is nestled in a quiet, beautiful valley with miles of trails right outside our gate. This is a quiet and relaxing space, with a ranch feel. We have chickens, horses, and our super cute mini donkey on our ranch. We are a 30 minute drive to the beaches, downtown San Diego, and most SD attractions. Locally we have a gas/convince/liquor store. Rancho San Diego is a 10 minute drive with Target, Grocery, Starbucks and many restaurants.

Very peaceful, clean and perfectly located between beach (with great restaurants and boutiques) and El Camino Real (where all the big shops are located). Your own private entrance with parking right in front of the gate. A private studio with newly remodeled spa-like bathroom. Attached to our home - but completely private.

The unit has three rooms — the main section with queen size bed, dining table and seating; the bathroom (shower); and kitchen (refrigerator, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, and electric juicer). Enjoy a glass of wine or fresh orange juice in the garden. Large yard and several patio spaces. We allow dogs but do charge a pet fee. Email to tell us about your pet and we will adjust your price.

Fletcher cove is 1/2 mile by car or walk. Walking distance to Cedros Shopping district that has boutiques, restaurants & coffee houses. The Belly Up Tavern, Del Mar Race Track & Fairgrounds and fine restaurants are nearby. It is a short walk to the trailhead to San Elijo Lagoon Preserve hike and Annie's canyon.

True, there is no direct view of the ocean from your Studio. BUT if you walk about 40 feet by the house, there is an ocean park right next door. It is perfect for drinking a morning coffee and listening the waves. It is the spot where locals hanging out. It is next to one of the most popular surfing spots in San Diego. Great for sun bathing and picnic. Close to a few sandy beaches. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. The Pacific Beach night life is 5 mins drive away.
