It is an apartment with a family atmosphere. Located in front of the Police Building, in the center of the island. It is comfortable and spacious. The main room is air-conditioned; it refreshes the entire apartment. We are 10 to 15 minutes walk to the main beach. The supermarkets and all the commercial part is a few steps away as well. You don't need transportation to get around downtown. Very easy access to the most important points of the island.

The sea view is spectacular, the main beach only a 5 minute walk, with several restaurants and the main shopping area with in walking distance as well. Name of building is Edificio Bailey Boat diagonally across from Decameron Aquarium Resort on Avenida Colombia. There is no elevator, apartment is located on the 5th floor.
