Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking and natural snow ski area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hal can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2024, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card from me free of charge.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Our quiet apartment (37m²), overlooking the Tennengebirge, offers a direct access to the ski area and our cross-country ski trails. In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site in just 2 minutes on foot, as well as numerous walking and hiking trails. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. Austria PURE feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We deliberately refrain from using Wi-Fi TVs and co. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the hut you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate.
