Beautiful new 3+kk apartment with balcony and terrace

There are two separate bedrooms in this beautiful new, spacy and sunny appartment. Both bedrooms have big comfy double beds, one has its own Inner balcony and there is fully equipped kitchennet (except dishwasher) full of dishes in living room with kitchen corner. There is also 2 sofa double beds, Tv and working corner. There is one bathroom with spacy shower, toilet and washing machine. Appartment is suitable for long stay also. It has 82 sqm and you can enjoy the terrace also which is roof.

Very nice one bedroom apartment with sea view, about 250 meters from the ocean: double bedroom, bathroom, living room with well-equipped kitchenette and sofa bed (extra bed 10 €), habitable veranda overlooking the sea. The apartment is very convenient to all Beach Clubs, Surf Centers, bars, restaurants, shops, markets, taxis. About 500 meters from the main square of the town. We organize excursions, transport rental, restaurant reservations. Transfer from / to airport 10€ each way on request

Apart. N, Casa Velha, is located within walking distance between the center and the beach. It consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is an atrium-like courtyard with seating and for general use a roof terrace with a great view. We make renovations in 2018 and bought a new fridge in summer 2019 NEW in 2022: own WiFi in the flat , funktion very well so that you can work there !
