The BEDROOM (without kitchen) is fully self-contained, toilet and private bathroom, accessed through an entrance reserved for accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, supplement of 10€/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into extra bed 1 place) is necessary, even for 2 travelers, 10 additional € will be required on your arrival. Character studio on the 1st floor (staircase access) in a renovated old Lauragaise farmhouse. This is the tenant's old home. The studio is independent, it has a bathroom (shower) with toilet, a kitchenette with fridge, coffee machine, microwave. Coffee and tea will be at your disposal. Access to the studio is through the barn being restored, so independent entrance to our home. A parking space is available in our fenced grounds.
