The total square footage of the condo unit is a stunning 1400 square feet of space complemented by 9 foot ceilings and an ample supply of large windows and ceramic floors throughout;The condo is equipped with a full kitchen with stove,refrigerator,toaster utensils and cutlery.Each bedroom has a built in wall safe.Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and bedroom 2 has two twin beds,the twin beds can be joined to make a king size bed.Both bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioners.The bedroom at the back of the premise has a door that leads to a large wooden deck that is perfect for sipping a rum punch and enjoying the beauty of this tropical paradise.The deck an also be accessed from the main corridor in the unit.The living room is large and airy and equipped with ceiling fans.The condo has a full bathroom equipped with a large tub and shower and a second half bath equipped with a lavatory facility.The unit also has a laundry room equipped with a laundry sink and a washing machine. About Barbados Famed for it’s year round sunshine and warm blue waters, Barbados is a coral island surrounded by reefs and spectacular long white sand beaches. This villa is nestled in a beautiful little gated community, just steps from Mullins beach. The villa is peaceful, secluded and perfect for entertaining, barbequing or to simply relaxing on the lounge beds by the lap pool. Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with stunning sea views at Mullins Beach. Green Monkey is a bright, spacious two bedroom apartment set within Beacon Hill, a small gated development at Mullins on the famous west coast of Barbados. Green Monkey has wonderful sea views from the large terrace and affords easy access to Mullins Beach through the private coded gate. Just a few steps through the gardens you'll find the shared pool and jacuzzi. The pool is shared with 5 apartments and is seldom busy.

Beachfront home on west coast of Barbados

Located on one of the best beaches on the west coast of Barbados, Sanderlings is a wonderful family home with direct beach access. It has two ensuite bedrooms, a large sitting/dining room, kitchen, garden and plenty of outside terraces where you can sit and relax overlooking the Caribbean sea. The beach is very quiet and you will often have it to yourself (apart from the odd monkey!). The property has a gated driveway and is walking distance to Speightstown.
