It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from the Place d 'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher shop, tobacco press, restaurant, bike rentals...). Bright duplex of 30 m2 with mezzanine, quiet residence with swimming pool open from May to September . Ideal for 2 people and one child. Two minute walk to the port of Saint Martin. Fully equipped kitchen. Please note laundry is not provided. Low priced linen rental offered. No WiFi equipment. The apartment is completely disinfected after each rental .
