The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the huge beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the market town and its shops. (5 minutes by car - 15 minutes on foot). The listing is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a pétanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10 minute walk). The small dune house is classified as a furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).
