Be a country person, garden lover, we are a 200 year old stable block is super light, with vaulted ceilings. A large sitting room, big bedroom, kitchen/diner and bathroom. The newly fitted kitchen has sink, microwave, hob, and fridge/freezer. Near Mayfield village walks. Four main National Trust houses, castles, South Downs and forest! Small dogs welcome. An artistic retreat 5 mins walk to the sea

Our house is a converted shop, built in 1830. We live five minutes walk from the sea and cafes, restaurants, cinemas and art galleries on fashionable Norman Road. We serve croissants, butter and jam or marmalade and coffee and tea for breakfast and there are tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. The bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, writing desk, chair and very comfortable double bed and a stylish en-suite shower room. We do not share our kitchen with Airbnb guests.

Holly Cottage is a charming, grade two listed cottage with lots of character and a cosy feel. It is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the village of Iden, East Sussex. The village store is a short walk away and is loved by locals. Rye Station and historic town with great shops/restaurants is a 7 minute drive, while Rye Harbour/Nature reserve or Camber Sands beach is a 15 minute drive. Enjoy this cosy but spacious room, it has its own entrance with a south facing patio and garden. An ensuite shower room and super king size bed. The room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa whilst relaxing in the super king size bed, or a evening glass of wine on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.
