Our house is warm, functional, with a garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from the Place d 'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher shop, tobacco press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet. The wooded garden is lovely.

The small cabin is ideally located to rest at the bottom of a very quiet impasse in the Grenettes district even in the middle of summer. Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea to go fishing on foot, swimming, surfing, enjoying beautiful sunsets . Our little house is in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, the large beaches to the south and the salt marshes to the north. It has a bike garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living area includes a sofa and the bedroom part is a large bed.

One of the most beautiful sea views of Ile de Ré for this quiet house, close to the port of La Flotte and the beach. Completely renovated in pure Rethais style. The house is in an uncrowded place even high season. We have improved hygiene , we use suitable products and we avoid departures and arrivals.
