This suite can accommodate 1 - 4 people: 1,000 sq ft with private entrance. Living room with 49’ UHD Smart TV. Dining area with seating for four people. Fully equipped kitchen with stove refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom has in-tub shower, toilet and washbasin. This is a downstairs suite with plenty of headroom, unless you are extremely tall. Floor to ceiling is 6ft 9 3/4 inches. where a supporting beam crosses the ceiling where the headroom is 6ft 2"

Beautiful one bedroom suite with full bathroom situated on the famous Gorge Waterway in Esquimalt, 10 minutes from downtown Victoria. You have access to the Gorge with the use of kayaks and a paddle board. There is also a swimming pool that is available for quest use on request. This is a quiet private residential area with parking available. In the warmer months there is a lovely outside sitting area to enjoy the wonderful views. Two coffee shops near by. A very quiet residential area.

My place is close to malls, parks, and popular bus routes. You’ll love this suite because of the comfy queen bed and proximity to good coffee shops and shopping. The suite is good for couples and solo travellers. The suite is probably not good if you have mobility issues or if you are tall. It is a basement suite and there are beams at about 6'0" and the ceiling is about 6'4".
