The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowing boat, a stand-up paddle as well as a ping pong table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing can be done from the jetty or boat. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

The apartment consists of living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and large balcony. Highlight is the well-equipped kitchen unit with modern appliances (including induction hob, convection stove, dishwasher, washing machine). Also available are e.g. kitchen scale, grater, salad spinner, garlic press. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping place (160x200) There is also a large TV flat screen. There is NO Wi-Fi on purpose
