The Bungalow at Purple Martin Greenway

The coziest stay in the area, this craftsman house is just steps away from the trailhead and minutes from downtown. Filled original artwork and loads of character, it'll have you feeling at home as soon as you enter. Dine by candlelight under the beautiful chandelier. Pick a book to read in one of the comfy club chairs or the chesterfield leather sofa. Sip a glass of wine on the porch. Bluetooth Bose speaker, a library of board games and DVDs, or stream Netflix/Hulu over fiber optic WiFi - there is a smart TV in every bedroom and in the living room. Stocked with luxury linens for bed/bath... I normally check guests in to show them where everything is and to get oriented - then leave to to enjoy yourselves. I’m always happy to assist with setting you up with local services and answer any questions/ help with needs during your visit. The home is in a great location, nested right at the trailhead of the Purple Martin Greenway, yet right off 221 and just minutes from downtown. Walk out of the front door and simply meander, or follow the trail all the way to downtown. The Equestrian Center is just a short drive, and Lake Lure is not far away. Large parking area outside the house - will accommodate an RV, trailer or multiple vehicles.

As you step into this totally renovated rancher you will be struck by the open concept kitchen and living space which invites you to snuggle into the comfortable furniture in front of the large screen tv. The kitchen is fresh, modern and fully appointed with a large table suitable for a family dinner or coffee and conversation. There are three well appointed bedrooms and an office with daybed. Three bathrooms mean no waiting. The large fenced back yard keeps your 4 legged family members safe.

This little cabin is peacefully quiet - few man made sounds and often silent. Rustic, secluded, yet close to town. A modest 1930s southern Appalachian mill worker home, updated with modern comforts. Sit on the porch and hear only the wind in the trees, then drive 3 minutes to Harmon Field, into town, grocery, restaurants, movie theater, culture. This is a new custom built log home. It has a wonderful Lodge feel with a hint of the West and South West. It has custom cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new mattresses, a wonderful living room, with an electric fireplace and flat screen tv with Dish. The basement has a great living room area, and lots of things to do....Foosball, pool, ping pong, air hockey, etc. PLEASE, NO PETS. A violation fee will apply for non compliance.

The home is perfectly located on Cleghorn golf course, and a 10 minutes drive to TIEC. Located on a cul-de-sac, very quiet and serene. This listing is a 3 room suite on the top floor. Spacious rooms, AC, one full bath, big closets , TV Internet. Small Kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Breakfast items are included. I live on the main floor. Salt water pool (not heated) and hot tub, turned on on your request. Hot for 3 hours max each day/night.

Private entry to apartment with full kitchen, small eating area, living room, bathroom with stand up tile shower, and one bedroom with queen size bed. Located on a quiet road in a private subdivision. All the comforts' of home.The apartment is a basement apartment with its own ground floor entrance. Plenty of parking in front of the entrance to apartment. Clean, warm, comfortable and newly renovated. My husband and I are located upstairs.
