Cozy home with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace on the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Way of St. James, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You have the entire upper part of the house to yourself! The apartment is not lockable because of the emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not well suited for allergy sufferers, with physical restriction and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Hiking trails are available right in front of the house Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage ensure relaxation & coziness. In summer, the swimming lake with beach invites you to swim & water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'To the beautiful view' can be reached in two minutes (100m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

The Eifelloft21 stands above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers about 50 square meters of space for two people. Due to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere, only the toilet is separated with a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau nearby. Price includes 5% Eiffel nightly rate.

Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 sqm of living space is located near the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the centre of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes in the vicinity such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.
