The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowing boat, a stand-up paddle as well as a ping pong table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing can be done from the jetty or boat. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

You are located in the north-east of the Hanseatic city of Rostock, directly and in just 15 minutes walk from the Warnow, 10-15 minutes drive from Warnemünde beach. You can also reach the Baltic Sea beach in Markgrafenheide, Hohe Düne or Graal Müritz in about 20 minutes by car without problems. You can also drive to the city center in about 10 minutes via the motorway (A19) and the main road (B105). Shopping facilities from the apartment are a 5-minute drive away.
