Almost 800 sq ft of VERY Clean, Very private, brand new, full kitchen, full bath, large bedroom, can sleep up to 7, 2 TVs, plenty of closet space, close to Baylor, Scott, & White. Floors steam cleaned, tiled throughout, anything you might touch is sterilized. Private entrance, plenty of parking for just about anything. Queen Bed, Full size Futon, Queen blow-up mattress, and 2 couches. The unit is attached to the rest of the home but there is a door that separates it and locks from both sides.

And a futon in the family room makes this lovely property a wonderful spot for a weekend at a working farm or just to visit beautiful Waco and the Silo District or Baylor Football. The home is situated on 100+ acres that features two lakes on the property and Tradinghouse Lake across the road. Within 20 minutes of the Silo District in Waco and 15 minutes to Baylor. Small and cozy unique apartment on a hill, overlooking Stillhouse Lake. It's tucked in the back of our shop/garage, with a partially shade covered deck. We are in the Country but close to Stillhouse Lake, and only a short drive to Cadence Bank Center (Bell County Expo), and Belton City Center, UMHB, Killeen, Chalk Ridge or Dana Peak Park. Come stay in the peaceful quiet of the country. You're welcome to fish, hike, visit with the animals or just relax. You can sit out in a rocker with your cup of coffee and watch the deer walk by while the sunrises. Enjoy sunsets while the fish jump in the pond. There's a hammock to relax in on the porch or just enjoy rocking and watching the wildlife. Come play with our alpacas and enjoy the country life!
