Private up north cottage with large double lot and woods on either side giving excellent privacy and relaxation. Nestled on a slow road with very minimal traffic so it's great for kids! 1 mile from Higgins Lake Boat launch and just a few miles from Houghton Lake. Walking distance to state property trails for quads, SxS, and snowmobiles. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Great restaurants or ice cream are just a few minutes away! Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.
