The balcony is a great place to wine down while looking at the beautiful trees of Avenida Veracruz in front of you, or the city's oldest fountain to your left. Fully-equipped kitchen with all essentials and extra goodies for you to enjoy. Comfortable bathroom with good-pressure rain shower, and hot water. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is accessed by a private entrance. This entrance leads to both apartments that we have, so you will be sharing it with other fellow Airbnb guests. Having a private entrance and staircase, with self check-in and keyless entrance door, will give guests more privacy and comfort during their stay. Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. Our city guide was made with lots of love, sharing our favorite and most valued places in the city. And we are always available for any questions or help that guests may need during their stay. With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

Enjoy the Sun in a Stunning Colonia Roma Apartment's Terrace

Travel in style in this gorgeous, spacious and modern apartment in the city's best location. Roma is the city's trendiest neighborhood and this apartment on Colima Street is two blocks away from its heart, with plenty of great options for dinning, shopping and sightseeing. The building stands behind a recently restored classic Porfirian house, so you have modern amenities alongside the classic architectural style that made Roma famous. It's set up for around the clock self check-in, and we're fully commited to following strict guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing in these trying times. The apartment has a great layout with no wasted space whatsoever, and we've taken care to ensure that it's the kind of space that we would want to live in both in terms of absolute comfort and thoughtful decoration. It's located in a modern addition to an old Porfirian townhouse that's been recently gut renovated to preserve the iconic feel of the neighborhood in the front with more modern amenities in the back. The apartment features one bedroom with a king size bed and its own private bathroom with a rack for hanging your clothes. Outside the bedroom there's a small laundry room so you can wash and dry your clothes and beyond that a large living room / dinning room with an open kitchen and a toilet restroom. On the other side of the living room lies an open terrace to kick your feet up and enjoy the afternoon. Finally, there's a parking space available for you should you need it. We live four blocks away, so we can be avaliable on short notice if anything in particular comes up or if you just want to some pointers about cool things to do in the neighborhood, but other than that you'll have complete privacy to enjoy your stay as you see fit. Full of street life, the Roma neighborhood is one the city's premier spots to walk around and treat yourself to excellent restaurants, funky bars, hip stores and cool art galleries surrounded by some of the city's best architecture. Roma is centrally located, allowing you to walk towards many of the city's other highlights such as Downtown, la Condesa, Reforma Avenue and Chapultepec Park and Castle. The apartment's street is very quiet, but you're very close to major transportation lines. Metrobus Insurgentes is two blocks away, Metrobus Cuauhtemoc is six blocks away and major transportation hub Metro Insurgentes is three blocks away. There's also a taxi Station two blocks away in Alvaro Obregón, and the whole neighborhood is always full of Uber drivers looking to pickup fares. Major avenues such as Reforma or Avenida Chapultepec are in close walking distance from the apartment (nine and four blocks away respectively). Finally, the apartment has a parking space available for you if you're planning on arriving by car. Please be mindful whenever you step outside on the balcony. For safety reasons the sliding door can only be opened from the inside, so do not close it behind you if you step outside.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, located in the heart of the Colonia Hipodromo Condesa. There is wi-fi and fast internet. Newly remodeled, with two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower with hot water. It is a perfect place to relax after an intense day in the exciting atmosphere of Mexico City. A full kitchen with a refrigerator / freezer, gas stove / oven. In the lower part of the building there is a laundry. Windows in all rooms, especially the window in the living room and a bedroom can be seen trees of the colony giving it a picturesque space. It is a neighborhood on foot. It is charming, safe, full of restaurants, cafes and entertainment. It is a 2-minute walk to Parque México and convenient for public transportation. Chilpancingo metro station is a 10 minute walk away. The building is located in a strategic point, since walking a few steps you find cafe, bars, restaurants, cinema, supermarkets, and public transport. Set in La Condesa, the apartment is just a stroll away from some of Mexico City's most vibrant restaurants, boutiques, and produce markets. Take a walk to nearby Bosque de Chapultepec to discover the park's museums, zoo, and botanical gardens. Access to all public transport is within walking distance. The metro station Chilpancingo is a 10-minute walk away, a private taxi stand is 5 minutes away, as well as an Ecobici bicycle exchange station. In addition to 5 blocks you can take the TuriBus that offers tourists to know Mexico City in a practical way.

Super comfty beds. I'm a big coffee lover so there's always good coffee in the place. You will have complete private access to the entire apartment, which is fully equipped with high quality furniture, everything you need to cook, eat and drink. For entertainment there is a 48" Smart TV with Netflix, and a variety of books. There is also a laundry room inside the apartment with washer and a dryer. I keep my welcome very short, don't really like to be invasive; but I'm always available for tips, suggestions, etc. The neighborhood is teaming with life 24/7, with little taquerias, a homemade beer shop, and a market nearby. La Roma is also known as one of the two culinary centers in town. The apartment is just two blocks away from the iconic Amsterdam Street. Location is absolutely great, you can just walk to mostly all the interesting places. When going to a museum or tour you can take the subway or bike, these are also very near. There is a bike share station on the corner, a Metrobus station (Campeche) 2 blocks away and a metro station (Chilpancingo) just 10 minutes away. Feel free to water the plants once a week
