Nice room for two people with a breakfast room, has a separate entrance and a private patio. It is very comfortable for two people,with a microwave, a minibar,and a tableware as for one and a rich breakfast. It has a double bed and a small placard. Whites are included. soap and shamphoo. Privileged location, easy to access in terms of mobility (car, motorcycle, bike) and public transport. 250 meters from the Puerto Manzano pier, the area is surrounded by public beaches (Playa La Tranquera is highly recommended) and beautiful trails such as the Rio Bonito, which according to the time is full of local flowers. Nearby, you can easily walk to both the trails and the beaches. We are 2.5 km from the access to Cerro Bayo and 6 km from town.

We offer you a quiet place with excellent views to the mountains, Cerro Catedral and Nahuel Huapi Lake. Fully equipped for two people, it has private parking; it is located only 7 km from the city center, just a few blocks from Playa Bonita, walking distance to bus stops, food markets and even a pharmacy. Restaurant and brewery options are nearby. As it is close to the access to Cerro Catedral, it is a great option for skiing aswell.

Beautiful Loft in Puerto Manzano

Small single room, private entrance, full bathroom and kitchenette (electric oven and anafe), electric pava, kitchen utensils and refrigerator. Small table and chairs. No t.v. In times of snow or/and frosts it is difficult to get to the parking lot above, therefore you should leave the car in the parking lot below and climb up stairs. You can also find a closed door that takes you to a laundry room, which is closed by renovations

Small Artlers Bay

This is my atelier – my painter’s cove. It is a cozy and private space, roomy with private bathroom with shower. You will be 5 km away from downtown. It is a quiet neighbourhood, 4 blocks from buses running to town. Away from the noisy town but well connected, there are supermarkets, bars nearby, and easily accessible to many tourist spots. The location is uphill, NOT recommended for people with mobility difficulties.
