Rent half of this duplex (other side also avail) on the beach in the lovely Sea Beach neighborhood. Best swimming beach in Rincon. Short walk to town and shopping. Many wonderful restaurants close by. Sunday Farmers Market and Thursday Art Walk. Just sit out front on the NEW 16' x 35' porch and watch the beautiful sunsets nightly. The house has been recently completely renovated. Back up solar powered battery for the essentials in case of a power outage. Rincon...the "Riviera" of Puerto Rico!

It is walking distance to the city center, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, art and cultural activities. Enjoy the best surfing beaches - 5 minutes by car. Also, you can easily enjoy water sports like surfing, banana boat ride, jet ski, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing and more.

Open studio plan with a loft. In the quiet hills, 5 minutes in car from Rincon & Aguada beaches. One dog on our 1/4 acre land. 4ppl maximum. 5 minute drive down the hill to the center of town. Rinse sand off. No animals allowed inside the property due to allergies.
