The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. Cosy central heated Wooden log cabin/lodge surrounded by beautiful countryside views. Ideal for those wanting to be a mile from our local village but in a quiet area. Walks for all abilities from our doorstep. Two medium sized dogs are welcome. Local pubs are dog friendly and we have lots of places to eat locally. Amazing views, a wood burning stove, a very comfy four poster king sized bed, easy to use sofa bed and fantastic shower have all been in feedback left by many satisfied guests.

With amazing views of the Yorkshire Dales this is a perfect retreat. We are a quiet community here surrounded by nature. A big comfy bed and candles enables you to relax with your loved one. Toilet, shower, kitchen area, settee and dining set. There is a balcony to sit outside with Hot tub. Toast, eggs, tea and coffee facilities are provided. The Giraffe House. Peace and quiet in the valley.

The Giraffe house, in the middle of everywhere, nestled in the valley surrounded by hills and sky. Clean, spacious and purpose-built that can accommodate two adults. We are also dog friendly (for one dog ) with a secure garden and parking. With its high ceiling, friends, exclaimed the room was tall enough to house giraffes and the nickname has stuck since!
