Farmhouse condominium in Piracaia. FAMILY environment for rest. Piracaia is close to Atibaia( 17km) and Joanopolis Cachoeira dos Pretos( 25km) Brick house with a view and glass in the midst of gardens, barbecue, swimming pool, deck and orchard. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, two living rooms, pantry, kitchen and office. The cottage is located in the rural area of the city of Piracaia/SP, ideal for those who love to be in touch with nature and animals. We only have two chales, and the only shared area is the pool area. On Sundays, Capril is open to the public to visit the animals and also the social bar where we serve drinks and portions and a store for the sale of cosmetics made with goat milk. The area of the chales is exclusive to guests, and visitors do not have access.

Super hot chalet in a quiet area at the foot of Pedra Grande. It looks like a cottage, surrounded by green and fresh air, but we're actually inside the city, close to everything! We have a breathtaking view and a sunset that reflected in the water, makes us thank every minute of the opportunities we have!
