Sehr schönes, neu eingerichtetes Apartment nur 4 km entfernt vom Schloss LUDWIGSBURG und dem schönen italienischen Marktplatz, mit dem barocken Weihnachtsmarkt, gemütlichen Cafés und Restaurants und vielen Shops. Das 1,5 Zimmer Apartment ist sehr ruhig und nah an Weinbergen und der Natur gelegen. Sehr schön für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen. Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen.

Since 01.01, the holiday apartment Obertorhof is called Ferienhof Obertor. You move into a bright apartment on the ground floor, which was recently completely renovated. The bedroom and living room has a smart TV with Netflix. Shops such as bakery and fresh market are within 5 min. walking distance. Stuttgart can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Ludwigsburg is 15 minutes away. To Marbach am Neckar 5 minutes It is about 20 minutes away from the A81 Pleidelsheim motorway junction.

On the 2nd floor about 62 square meters but unfortunately not barrier-free. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and TV ;living room with TV and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with large shower, extra toilet! 100 m to the flowering Baroque, 5 min to downtown, directly at the clinic. A bakery around the corner! Parking space for strollers in the house. New soundproofing windows built in 2024!
