Life in nature can hardly be more beautiful. Since 2020 New and almost finished you can switch off nicely and enjoy nature - it is quite active here. Whether strolling through the meadow, sitting on the pallet furniture outside or letting your soul dangle. Non-smoking house JACUZZI from Nov - March not usable ! Definitely !

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. My modern equipped apartment is centrally located - close to the old town (but still quiet) in a new building directly on the shore of Regen and Danube with a swimming beach at your doorstep The old town (Steinernen Brücke, Dom) can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes.
