Awesome neighborhood! Quiet & close to the Historical District which has wonderful restaurants and shopping. Good location for all activities in the area. Lots of natural light. Newly remodeled 1910 cottage a few short blocks away from historic downtown! 1 bedroom and 1 loft both featuring brand new queen beds.The cottage is only two miles off of I-5 and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops downtown has to offer. The living room features a 60in HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, a keurig and many other commodities . A cozy cottage attached to the main house with private entrance and parking right in front. Equipped with mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Wifi and TV with Netflix. Decor is restful neutral tones with gold accents. Custom tile bathroom and shower have a luxury spa feel. Located on a pretty 6 acre farm just 3 short miles from Historic Down Town Grants Pass. Pond on property is beautiful especially in Spring and Summer with lots of different birds.
