This gorgeous downstairs unit is modern yet comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal for your family. This is such a great location on 37th Street because it is close enough to the pier to walk or ride bikes to the pier as well as nearby restaurants, grocery and shopping.
