Fine little cabin 40 sqm with a good kitchen, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom queen size bed (and baby crib). Attic with mattresses for 4. Living room with a sleeping couch for 2. (Sleeping place for 6 good friends.) Good cabin to stay in, warm and cosy. Good to have as a base because there is short drive to Reykjavik(80 km), south and west side of Iceland. Short drive to nature of the South: Golden Circle, Waterfall Faxi, Seljalandsfoss, Skógarfoss, glacier, mountains, lakes and rivers.

Luxury house with a mountain view, a huge yard, with a small waterfall and brook. Very child friendly, quiet and calm place. Perfect place to view the northern lights if conditions are good. The house is perfectly located, close to the golden circle. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room, big well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and good wifi. Beside all possible convenience, the house is heated by geothermal energy in floor and in the hot tub.

Lerkiholt, Horse Farm

Romance reigns in the wonderful nature here. We breed horses in Lerkiholt. Horses and foals are in the pasture with us and can be right next to the house. Please don't give food or tauch them ;-) It is close to two swimming pools, approx. 5-10 minutes. It is also close to golf. View and short distance to see Eyjafjallajökull, Hekla, Vestmannaeyja and much more. Our newly built second home is located in Útey 2, by the Laugarvatn Lake. Útey 2 used to be an old farm and is around 720 acres (320 hectares) and have been in the family for generations. Most of the south side of Lake Laugarvatn is part of the land so you can have complete privacy. You can take a long walks in private, go paddling in our double seated canoe, relax in the hottub with tens of km. of unobstructive view, watch the birdlife and even try your luck fishing for trout.
