Very nice and well-kept duplex apartment over 2 floors in a perfect city location with excellent access. In the middle of the currently most popular district of Plagwitz and yet quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. Everything has been carefully renovated with attention to detail. The apartment has its own entrance and ground floor terrace, is generously furnished on over 50 square meters, comfortable, stylish and charming. Long-term stays are also possible, price upon request.

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

The detached house in the small town of Annaburg is located just a few meters from the Annaburg Heath. I rent a large accessible 3-bedroom apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south-facing balcony, great view of Parthenaue. Everything is available, even for a longer stay. It is a new building, the raw construction look is wanted. First-class transport connection by bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn [suburban train], 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 m to the swimming lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you can be in the city or at the trade fair in 20 minutes.
