Luxury modern apartment near the beach

Perfectly located apartment on the second floor in a residential building built in 1989. walkin distance to the most beautiful beaches Lungo mare . You practically don't need a car for shopping, restaurants, beach bars and a host of activities for you and your family or friends. One of the most beutiful beaches of Southern Istria is only 300 m away. My place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. Centar is located 1,5 km from the apartment.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, toilet and terrace. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has two air conditioners and a TV in each room. Parking is free. Visitors can enjoy a tour of the main city attractions: Max City shopping center (300m), swimming pool (400m), tennis courts (300m), restaurants (100m). The city center is about 2.5 km away. It is ideal for families with children. The nearest airport is Pula, 9 km from the property.

Easy parking. 30sq meters app + 10 sq meters balcony. Orientation - South, sunny side. Sea View! Two minutes walking to the beach with a beach bar! Two minutes walking to the the brand new Pula city swimming pool. 5 minutes walking to the Veruda market and 7 minute walking to the bigggest shopping center in Pula, Max City. Good restaurants in area + a restaurant in the ground level of the building. Center of Pula is about 15-20 mins walking. Two bicycles (M+F) included in the price.

Brijuni Loft is cosy 40m2 apartment on 2nd floor of 10 apartments building. Colorful and sweet apartment situated in settlement Štinjan offering great place for your holiday, vicinity of the beach (400m) and well known historical center Pula (6 km) are few reasons for choosing this apartment. In-front of the building there is parking for 2 cars, keep that in mind. If both places are occupied, you can park by the road (like everybody else).

Holiday home by the sea with garden and terrace

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The cottage is located in Pješčana Uvala near the Soline Forest, 4 km from the ancient town of Pula. Near the house there are two beaches: Pješčana Uvala and /or Uvala Soline, both about 700 m away, about 10 minutes walk. There are more than 20 bathing beaches within 5 km. Cape Kamenjak, close to the village of Prementura, is definitely worth seeing.

Attractive two bedroom apartment with a balcony 200 meters from the sea. Near the apartment there is a beach Valcane (4 minute walk), walking promenade with tennis courts, playgrounds, restaurants. The apartment is away from the Arena (2 km). The pets are welcome. The guest pays 10 euro per day for each pet. The apartment is on 3rd floor without elevator. Nice apartment is waiting for you.
