The apartment is on the route that borders Lake Nahuel Huapi in front of Playa Bonita. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room with lake view and TV. It is located 15 minutes by car from downtown and 13 minutes from Cerro Catedral. The complex has a heated pool (its use and availability depends on the consortium and there may be times when it is not working), gym, laundry room and parking.

Nice guest house view

Located just 500 meters from the center of the town (by gravel street) and the routes that will take you to beaches, ski center and neighboring towns such as Bariloche, San Martin de los Andes and crossing to Chile. We have a beautiful view from the room and patio. We have guest car entrance entrance and patio patio with grill (chulengo) grill. Our accommodation is good for couples and families. Not recommended for small children or people with reduced mobility.

Our apartment quanta with an excellent view of Nahuel Huapi Lake. It is located 12 blocks from the center of Bariloche and has its own parking. It is advisable to come by car or rent one since it is not located in the center of the city.
