PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me) .Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. In a palace from the 1500, we arranged mini characteristic apartments with wooden beams in sight, stone or wooden floors, a magnificent view over the Gulf of Cagliari. All the apartments have a living area with double bed and sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, bed clothes, towels and air-conditioning. The apartments are located in the historic centre of Cagliari, “Castello” ( castle ), where you can find all major attractions, the city's entertainment, museums, nightlife and shopping streets. Public transports link you easily from the apartments to the rest of the city. Buena Vista Apartments are close to the harbor, the railway station, they’re a few kilometers away from the airport and only 4 Km from Cagliari’s famous beach: Poetto.

Nella splendida terrazza è possibile fare colazione o cenare godendo del suggestivo panorama sulle mura dell'antico Castello,con le due torri, dei vecchi tetti, incorniciato dal mare. Attrezzato di tutti i comfort. La stazione centrale dei bus,le vie dello shopping, la movida, i bellissimi munumenti e il nostro mare,il Poetto, tutto a 10 minuti da casa!

Nuovo appartamento nella centralissima Piazza Yenne ,cuore pulsante di Cagliari, per godere di un soggiorno immersi nella vita cittadina. Troverete bar, ristoranti, supermercati e le vie dello shopping appena varcata la porta di casa. A pochi passi dal porto, dalla stazione dei treni per raggiungere l'aeroporto e dei bus per arrivare in pochi minuti alle bellissime spiagge. I quattro quartieri storici, i musei e tutte le attrazioni di questa magica città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Apartment in the city centre, easy access to the beach, terrasse with view on the port entrance and private parking. Ideal for couples and families. The Pandemic taught me a new way of hosting by organising the apartment as ideal base to work remotely with High Speed Fiber Internet and desk, using cleaning products approved by the health and safety ministry, having aircon/ heating system deep-claeaned and subsequnetly certified by a specialised firm. I am looking forward to my next guests!

Apartment of 60 square meters completely renovated. Located in the historic district of Stampace, in Via Malta 1, on the first floor of a historic building. Easily accessible, two minutes from the train station, bus and the port. The highly touristy area with shops, bars and restaurants. Composed of living room, large kitchenette, sofa and TV space, double bedroom with wardrobe, second bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with blue chrome shower, air conditioning, heating and WFI.

Apartment with mezzanine restored in 2017, on the second floor of a historic building owned by the family, opposite the Cathedral of S. Maria and the ancient Palazzo di Città.
