Casa Rowe B&B's Sand Room is located in a stately building in the centre of Pistoia. It is a completely renovated structure, composed by 4 double rooms all very large and bright, each equipped with its own bathroom. The renovation, while retaining some typical features of the stately house of the early 1900s such as the floors, large windows and ceilings that exceed 4 m, is innovative and very particular, which transmits a feeling of elegance and well-being to those who stay there. Padded beds and quality mattresses ensure optimal rest. The completely renovated bathrooms combine style and comfort as well as hygienic guarantees that only a completely new environment can guarantee. Each room also has a 50“Smart TV to also offer pleasant moments of relaxation. Breakfast is prepared with homemade bread, brioches prepared in the morning, yogurt, cereals, jams, orange juice, to name just a few of our proposals. On request we also offer savoury breakfasts. We also have exclusive parking for those who request it.

The room belonged to my paternal grandparents who married in 1923 and is located on the second floor. Because it's in the back of the house, it's quiet. The double bed with wooden slats and orthopedic mattresses measures 170 x 200 and allows for comfortable relaxation. The bathtub, cozy but functional, comes with essential amenities. At the window, a mat allows you to keep the bugs away and cooler the room. You can't add a third bed! No smoking.

The Priorato, lovely suite in Tuscany

In a 1200's building in mellow stone, part of an antique castle, between Florence and Lucca's area, you will be accomodated at the first floor a private suite composed by a central sittingroom with fireplace, satellite smart tv, sofa and armchairs, a double bedroom, another bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with shower, basin a wc complete this room. The view from the room is lovely, on the mountain and on a medieval hamlet few kms away.
