The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment in a recently renovated, bright and panoramic building, 5 minutes on foot from Corso Vannucci, in the heart of the historic center, within the medieval walls of the city. The area is very quiet and quiet, especially at night, as there are no nightclubs in the immediate vicinity. All the monuments of greatest importance are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes (Arco Etrusco, Duomo, Palazzo dei Priori, Basilica di San Pietro...).

SMALL APARTMENT ideal for 1 or 2 people, consisting of living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower. in a quiet and characteristic area. It is a pleasure to forget the car and walk, just minutes away there is the Corso Vannucci, the Conservatory, the University for foreigners and museums. Wi-Fi Perfect for work trips. The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Our bright studio is on the third floor in a small building (no elevator!) in a quiet downtown street just steps from Minimetrò and all the main points of interest.
