Detached villa on the ground floor,brand new,a double bedroom,a room with 2 single beds that can be joined,a cot x children up to 3...4 years,bathroom with shower and washing machine,kitchen-living room with double sofa bed, outdoor patio with table and garden chairs,two sun loungers,two gardens, one of which is fenced. Air-conditioned in all rooms, free internet. At the end of the garden we have the sea,with the sailboat,and with the possibility of take a few outings in a sailboat if I'm there. Located in a beautiful village. Look for Marinagri, guarded day and night, free beach...and equipped...supermarket... bars, laundry restaurants. We're an hour's drive from Matera,Altamura,Alberobello. Bari and Brindisi Airport...less than two hours. Nearby to see in less than half an hour by car,Taranto,Metaponto,Craco,Tursi,Rabatana,Rocca Imperiale...and many other villages. Possibility of using 4 bicycles Linens are not included in the house.

This new house is the most quiet place 10mn from the sea and 5 from the village! The amazing view over the moutains, the village and the sea! You will love it! 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower room, a beatiful kitchen with large terrasse, a cozy living room and a small office room. There is also a large terrasse 360 derees on top of the house with a fantastic view. The pool is 15 meter, down the house in the middle of the olive trees. Pool is shared with another house for 4 people.
