The apartment is accessed from the romantic loggia on the second floor, this is divided into two floors: living room and kitchen on the first and second entrance, two double bedrooms and bathroom. In the living room, the ' fratina' fireplace makes the atmosphere magical and evokes the time away when living under the vault of the fireplace by the fireplace. A double sofa bed allows you to rest by the fire. From the fireplace room, you can access the large Tuscan kitchen with grill floors, equipped with a table and a vintage window. From the stairs you can access the upper floor where there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a four-poster bed. From the windows of the rooms you have a romantic view of the beautiful and pristine Tuscan landscape from the green hills to the blue of the sea. The house is equipped with a large fenced park with common indoor parking. In the verdant lawn, equipped stations will allow you to relax. Beyond the wonderful beaches of the high maremma and the charming neighboring villages, you can easily reach the historic centers of Bolgheri , Volterra, S. Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Florence. From the park you can directly access the adjoining hiking trails of landscape and archaeological interest. The routes allow you to walk, by bike, on horseback to the sea with the wonderful pine forests equipped with hippovie and bike paths that can be reached for about 30 km on the sea and the hills populated by ancient medieval villages.
