You will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy tours, 5 min walk from the main shops of Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches, sour and sour bones and João Fernandes… or if you wish to go by taxiboat. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.

The House is located at the Rua Alfredo Silva, only 20 seconds of walk to the Orla Bardot at Armacao beach. With Spa, sauna, jacuzzi, water falls , outdoor gourmet kitchen, shower, toilet & huge Argentine style grill. We park in a land besides the house. No smoke inside or outside the house. To smoke please leave the gate and do it on the street.
