Apartment has private enclosed courtyard with Hot tub, BBQ and comfy garden furniture. Cleaning fee includes the use of the hot tub for your stay. Dogs welcome. Wroxall is short drive to Ventnor, Shanklin & Sandown island beaches. Lots of country walks and dog friendly pubs/cafes. During the busy summer months we prefer a 7-night stay however we do offer short-stays .

Overlooking The South Downs on the South Cycle Route ,in close proximity to Bosham, Chichester, and the sandy beaches of The Witterings is the annex to Oak House. On offer is a converted barn, containing 2 double bedrooms bathroom sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with self service breakfast included. Please be advised that the staircase is quite steep but there is a banister and stair gate. if required. Guests can see the animals in fields the goats live off the end of the small garden

Lovely private open plan studio in glorious surroundings beneath the South Downs. It is light, airy and very peaceful with stunning views and a private outside seating area. A footpath leads straight from the garden to the South Downs Way and exceptional walking/cycling. There is a celebrated pub, The Three Horseshoes, within walking distance serving great food and local beers. Goodwood (motor and horse racing) is 20 minutes and Midhurst (Cowdray castle) is 6.5 miles. Chichester is 12 miles.
