New appartment in La Rochelle city-center, neighborhood " St-Nicolas", close to the port and all city commodities ( transportation, restaurants, tourist info center ) The appartment has all amenities, very clean, quiet and highlighted, elevators and private and secured parking spot. One living-room, with TV and sofa-bed ( 1 space ) plus one baby bed. One bedroom with 1 double-bed, one private bathroom. All furniture is new, kitchen has all electronics, plus one laundry machine included.

House of 40 m2 classified 3 * for 2 people. 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 with shower room. 1 bed in 90 on the mezzanine for a child. Separate toilet. Sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases and bath towels are not provided. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher,... Port des barques, 15 minutes from Rochefort ( spa ), 100 m from shops facing the Charente and of course oyster huts. Pets not allowed. Holiday vouchers are accepted at 50% of the rate.
