Apartment Rosa in center of Sopot

My parents have three loft apartments available for rent in Sopot. The apartments are based in a residential part of Sopot in an old apartment house full of character. Only 10 minute walk to the centre where you can find many trendy bars and restaurants and 15 - minute walk to the beach. The apartment listed here is self contained, the entrance is through a common area shared with my parents' architectural office. The apartment is new, fully furnished and fully equipped. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. An extra space for a child can be arranged. There is a sitting area and a dining area, small basic kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. A parking spot can be arranged, clean towels and sheets are provided. There are some grocery shops within 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The train station taking you to Gdansk and Gdynia is 5 minute walk away. I stated that the apartment is pet friendly, but we only accept responsible owners and a returnable bond is required.

Apartment created with the heart, on the level -1 of my house, in the villa district of Gdańsk, 20 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach in Jelitków. An artistically decorated interior with original ceramic works created next door in the studio. Available 70 square meters of space. A unique apartment with a fireplace in the attic. We created this place just for ourselves, originally with paintings, books, a collection of cacti and handmade ceramics. We took care of comfort - 2 armchairs and a sofa, a fireplace and lots of pillows. There is also an equipped kitchen, a table with 4 chairs, a work desk and fast fiber-optic internet. Nearby there is a pizzeria, bar, shops, 5 min. walk to the Gdańsk Oliwa station.
