The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you can reserve. The main space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & are close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Our 2 dogs will greet you upon arrival. Dogs ok. No cats.

The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house. Come and stay at our working farm. You will stay in the newly remodeled apartment. You will have views of the beautiful property. There is a pond with ducks, fields with Texas Longhorn cows, fields with Scottish Highland cows and fields with Holstein cows, sheep and pigs.There are also chickens that lay eggs for a fresh breakfast. The cows love visitors and getting brushed and fed treats. There is a large man-cave with a pool table, X-Box and bar. Door can be rolled up for outside fun.
