Amazing Lake Adger Getaway Fall Festival Time

Chillax on your deck or on the lake from Sun up till the stars come out at night. It's a great retreat place and close to Chimney Rock and TIEC. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit roasting marshmallows or watching the Eagles fly by. Relax and enjoy the view steps from the water. Dining on the deck this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a full kitchen is a wonderful escape from the city. The Garden level of the house and deck are for your enjoyment—separate stairs to your private entrance and patio.

Cozy House on the Water with Great Fall Foliage

This family lake house is built on beautiful lake Lanier. Just ten minutes from Tryon North Carolina and Landrum South Carolina. The house offers beautiful views of Hogback Mountain from our private patio, it is on the water, has a dock, canoe, gas grill,and a rooftop deck overlooking the water. We also offer two Roku televisions wifi, high speed internet, fire pit, and a full kitchen and bath. Also included are linens and towels, as well as condiments and basic toiletries.

Relaxing Spacious Lake Adger Home Ideal for Groups

Post Helena Update (10/22/24) - Kingfisher Lake House is available for fall bookings. Power, Water, Internet, access to Lake Adger, and all amenities are operating normally. The home is fully accessible from Interstate 26. Polk County NC is open and looking forward to your visit and the Biltmore will re-open November 2nd. Tryon International Equestrian Center is open and on their normal schedule.
