We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Continental breakfast is included. Furry 4 legged friends welcome. Ample parking in large gated drive way.

Our eco-friendly award winning contemporary home is a superb base to stay on Dartmoor with stunning views & great walks all around. A full English breakfast is included, many choices to choose from. Except on show days when cereal & toast are provided We have two double bedrooms with a private bathroom, which are downstairs in a separate wing. If one room is booked the second will remain empty. 2 acres of gardens dedicated to wildlife & plenty of outdoor seating & free parking We live on site

Self contained bed & breakfast accommodation on a farm surrounded by Bodmin Moor countryside. The one bedroom annexe, our only guest room, is next to the farmhouse with its own entrance, large bedroom/sitting area with tea & coffee making facilities and modern bathroom. A cosy retreat for couples chilling after a day exploring the North Cornwall area. An inclusive Cornish breakfast is served in the farmhouse next door, and there's two great country pubs nearby. This light and airy space has a lot of character with exposed old oak beams and an oak wood floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a stylish double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft' with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna session and a private log fired hot tub session .

Cozy double room in quiet and convenient location

The room can be set up as either king size or two single beds, as required. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

We are a small friendly B&B in Dartmouth centre, on waterfront with stunning views of the river and out to sea. En-suite bedroom on ground floor with king sized double bed, door leading to 2 single beds (cot available). Bath and shower. Nearby there is free parking from 4pm until 11am from May until the end of September if there is a space available. (2hrly during day). Winter parking free.
