Charming T3, atypical with outdoor patio, parking

Superb T3, new in an old building at the entrance to the village of Collioure, 2min walk to the center and beaches . This former industrial building over 200 years old was crumbling before being fully renovated. The charm of the old, the character of the stone mixed with all modern comforts to accommodate up to 4 guests. In addition to a nice kitchen stay, all the necessary equipment, and 2 beautiful bedrooms it has a large patio terrace, parking and air conditioning.
