Luxe appartement at Hivernage residence at Founty area in Agadir City. Very nice location in the best touristic district (beach at 5min, major supermarket at 2min by car). This recent appartement (2017) is located in a high standing residence with large gardens and several swimming pools. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a large double bed, the other with 2 single beds). One bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with flat TV and wifi. There are also 2 terraces.

Beautiful apartment 5th and last floor Alone with elevator. Residence with caretakers, daily maintenance, secure open parking, convenience stores (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy..). 10mins from Agadir Beach and Agadir City Centre. Very bright 2 traversing terraces with outdoor lounge, table and barbecue. Ideal for families and friends! The apartment is fully equipped, typical Moroccan decoration (tadelakt). WIFI, French and international TV channels, sat channel and toys.
