Easy parking. 30sq meters app + 10 sq meters balcony. Orientation - South, sunny side. Sea View! Two minutes walking to the beach with a beach bar! Two minutes walking to the the brand new Pula city swimming pool. 5 minutes walking to the Veruda market and 7 minute walking to the bigggest shopping center in Pula, Max City. Our studio apartment is located in Pula (Krležina Street 31) in an older building from 1980. The building does not look very attractive, but the apartment is completely renovated and is ideal for two people. The nearest BEACH is 500 meters away or 5-10 minutes walk. The CITY CENTER is 1.8 km from the apartment. And with the car or by bus can be reached in 5-7minute. Shopping centre Max city is 1 km away where are many bigger essential stores and (super)market.
