The house is child friendly and accommodates larger parties where everyone gets space and full standard. Own airflow system in the attic. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Patio, access to farm. The house has three bedrooms: bedroom ground floor, bedroom loft and private loft from the living room. All beds have bed standard; suspension with a mattress topper of which two memory foam. Cleaning included. Comfortable trip!

Our charming cottage, located by a lake on an older forested cape, is a haven for anyone who wants to experience the Swedish wilderness. Summer offers midnight sun and great fishing for pike and perch. Here, there have also been a record-breaking trout! Winter usually offers the northern lights or beautiful moonlight and then it's usually the lake that naps on the spits of the fishing enthusiasts. On the spring ice, you will get a large gray area.

Welcome to our cozy grandfather's cottage located on beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our Norrbotten farm, visit nearby lakes and forest, and read. Maybe you can also see the northern lights like this year! In the yard there is a barbecue area and surfaces for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs. The cottage has WiFi, and there is washing machine and dryer. The TV has Chromecast, DVD and Play Station 3.

Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

Koppla av själv eller med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Eller kanske ett hem för hårt arbetande att bo när arbetsdagen är slut. Njut av naturen utanför dörren. Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Access to the terrace. You have the beach right below, quiet and comfortable. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
