Only a little further are Termini Station, the British Embassy, and Piazza Repubblica, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Thanks to the vicinity of Termini Station, the most-connected place in Rome, pretty much any place is easily reachable by bus, metro or train, including Tivoli and ancient Ostia, but in reality many of the most important points of interest are also within a walking distance from the apartment. Dine on the Terracotta Terrace with Dreamy Rooftop Views

Grab a snack from the cherry Smeg fridge, step onto the rich Persian-style rug, and get comfy on the corner couch at a light-filled loft. Leafy house plants and open shelving create a Scandinavian vibe, while the vine and trellis terrace beckons. My apartment was completely redone by an architect. It is the 3rd floor in a walk up building. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. It has a beautiful terrace where you can have a lovely meal outside. It is about 55 square meters in size. Small but quite cozy and the space is utilised beautifully. There is air conditioning and heating. There is a large shower in a spacious bathroom. The apartment is full of light and the metro stop is right across the pedestrian bridge. Less than 5 minutes away where it can connect you to the city center and many of the major sites of the city. You will have access to the entire apartment and terrace. I will not be available but my house Manager Saverio will be available to help out if there is need and he will be there to give you the keys and show you how things work in the house. Pigneto has a shabby-chic vibe, great restaurants and abundant street art. The building is less than a 5-minute walk from the new Metro C line right across the pedestrian bridge and within easy reach of most of the city's central attractions. By law, the city of Rome charges a city tourist tax for each tourist that is staying in the apartment for each night they are staying in the city. The price is 3.50 Euro per person per night and needs to be paid in cash to the host or co-host at the time of check-in and you will receive a receipt of payment. Children under the age of 10 are not charged.

The apartment, a former architecture studio, is on the first floor of a historic palace. A 4 minute walk to subway C (2 stops from San Giovanni line B). 400 meters away trams 14 and 5 towards Termini Station (line A – B and bus terminal)
