Βρισκεστε στο κεντρο του Γαιου διπλα στον παραλιακο δρομο.Ενα βημα απο τις παραλιες, τα εστιατορια ,τις ενοικιαζομενες βαρκες,την κεντρικη πλατεια ,απ οπου αναχωρουν τα καικια για Αντιπαξους και το γυρο του νησιου. Ολα βρισκονται ολογυρα σε ακτινα 100 μετρων

Dimitri's Seaview Studio - Lakka Paxos

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.

A traditional stone house N e r a d u House.

N e r a d u House is a beautiful old stone ground floor in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in the row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista , Rasalu house and N e ra d u house and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the goal of staying as it was 200 years ago.

The Old House

The house was built in the 18th Century during the Venetian occupation of the island. It has been the residence of the British Governor and the National Bank of Greece among other things. It was restored in 2014 as the waterfront vacation home of its owners and in 2018 with new sound proof Windows installed so it has everything you need for a great vacation.
